Our Nadcap journey
3T additive manufacturing is one of the few service providers in the world with ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485 accreditations, able to serve customers from various industries.
Our Business Excellence System is designed on the foundations of EASA Part 21 Subpart G and 21 CFR part 820 with an agile enabling framework to cater for various industry needs. The Aerospace Quality System, approved by certification body to offer customers various services as part of our scope of approval, namely Design, R&D, consultancy and the production of metal components using additive manufacturing.
3T has embarked on the Nadcap journey to support customers with process capability, stability and predictability as the product is qualified for entry into service. The business framework enables our customers to push the boundaries of the technology and gain confidence to manufacture safety critical products using AM.
The unique blend of technical knowledge and continuous improvement approach enables lock down of customer design with complete configuration control throughout the life of an aircraft.
The 3T Business Excellence system has been further refined during the Nadcap journey to enhance repeatability and reproducibility. Process owners perform independent reviews to demonstrate conformance and performance of key business processes. Our systems are embedded with process control and product assurance to predict and prevent induced, common cause variation and minimize any special cause variations.
Customers and partners are excited about our journey towards AS9100 accreditation for our polymers division and our preparation to obtain ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 accreditations.
